"Gotcha" when Sharing Custom BI Reports
Summary
Be careful with who you Share withContent
We shared several custom BI Reports to a Dynamic Group that had a population of zero but had two sub groups mapped to it. One had 50 people, the other over 300.
We expected both of the mapped sub groups to be able to see the Shared Reports.
Nope.
They saw nothing.
We removed the "parent" Dynamic Group and shared with the two sub groups and everything was fine. Users did see the Shared Reports.
Not what we expected.
