Question - how to create a work schedule where work days are not fixed?

Hi Folks,

I have an employee that works flexible hours over 4 days a week, with the 4 days not being specified. Is there a way that I create a work schedule where the employee can add their own working days/hours on a regular basis (say inputting their worked hours retrospectively or in advance)?
