Automated Tasks and Reqs/Submissions/Candidates on Legal Hold

We're interested in implementing the Automated Tasks feature to delete old Requisitions, Submissions and Candidates, but we want to ensure we don't delete any that are associated with a legal hold even if they meet other deletion criteria.

We currently don't have anything in place today that consistently indicates when a req/submission/candidate is associated to a legal hold, but plan to create some sort of UDF to identify this and then use for Automated Tasks.

Is anyone else currently using Automated Tasks in a similar way? If so, how are you using/managing your UDFs, especially regarding requisitions that don't seem to have as many UDF options for Automated Tasks?

Howdy, Stranger!
