1. Reason current product functionality is insufficient

It shows confusing information to workers.

2. Detailed description of the Enhancement Request

All tasks need to be linked to a step. Some tasks are irrelevant to the worker, but rather for other roles (e.g. Line Manager). We want to hide some steps from the worker to avoid them from being displayed if they don't contain any tasks for the worker.

3. How the product can be changed to achieve the desired result

Provide control of which steps are shown to the worker and which ones to the line manager, e.g. through an additional field on the onboarding step configuration.
