We are currently on the co-existence model and PeopleSoft is our source of data. 
In PeopleSoft, we only maintain full-employee and bring them over to oracle cloud. 
There is a requirement of giving contractor access to oracle cloud application for some data entry task. 

The question is that we don't hire contractors in PeopleSoft so we don't have a way to bring Contractors to fusion using FBL/HDL. Wanted to see what are different options we may have in this situation.

a) Hire contractors in Fusion? Impact? Is it allowed being in coexistence? Long-term impact etc..
