Is there any way for a person to proxy task to another user? Let's look at an example -
Senior Executives such as VP, CEO etc would not have time to go into the application and complete performance document, approve goals, update talent score, add skills and competencies. They generally work with their Executive Assistant supporting them to perform admin task. Is there any way where a CEO can delegate the task and the person gets an email what tasks are delegated so they can person these tasks.
We don't want to assign the HR responsibilities since this would give them access to other workers as well. So, looking for a way where the proxy can perform tasks as a line manager as soon as they are assigned the task.
