Using daily accrual for absence

edited Feb 15, 2017 1:57PM in Workforce Management 3 comments

Summary

When using daily accrual for absence management - we are experiencing long delays, time outs and connection dropping when entering leave - particularly in the future

Content

Is anyone using daily accruals for absence?

We have set up a number of accrual plans based on a daily accrual.

Now we are finding that when we enter absence - the process of /calculating duration submitting is very slow and often times out with connection errors - most frequently if the employee has future dated absences or the absence entered is some way in the future.
Projecting balance to a future date is slow but acceptable - so entering should be similar.

Howdy, Stranger!
