We encourage our customers and partners, to share reports that support your business goals and processes.  The instructions below are to make the process easier for you to post your reports.  Additionally you can earn badges when you post reports that are included into the Learn Report Sharing Center.

Please follow this process to post a report to the Learn Report Sharing Center:

  1. Export the report from your LearnCenter - this will generate a .OLBR file
  2. Login to Customer Connect and Click the “Post a New Topic” button in the Reporting and Analytics for Learn
