Loading Project Team members from an external source

Hello, my organization is not using Resource Management, therefore is required to manually add Project Team Members to individual projects.

However, this data is stored in an external system, which sort of manages our resources. What we are after is a spreadsheet loader that will enable us to load new team members to a Project within Fusion.
