Error running OTBI report

I have created an OTBI report using custom query (by clicking the "New Analysis" from the Advanced tab)

And I am able to run the report fine ( I have the admin rights) but another user is not able to run it. When he runs it he gets the whole script spit out to his screen with message Contact Admin.

Is the issue because he doesn't have the permission or is it because something wrong with my script. I dont get any error message and the report comes out fine as indended. But in the subject area box I dont see any subject area (I guess it is because of the custom script). I see message in the subject area box as in the attached file.
