You have not completed the training (but you have)

End of course states you have not completed the training. But when you exit the course, the course status now displays complete.

I've had several users state that at the end of particular course, they see the message You have not completed the training. Then they click Exit to return to their Learning Plans and now the course status does displays Complete. Does anyone know why the course initially says incomplete when it is actually complete?

I thought I saw someone else post this question recently but I cant find it now. Any ideas?
