Suggestions on design/management of Org Structure & Position Management

Content

Hello, my organization will be implementing Core HR later this year and I wanted to know how other organizations have designed and/or maintain their Organizational Structure and/or Position Management within the system. Any best practices? Any challenges? Any surprises?

It would also be great to know how/if organizational structure impacts other aspects of the system (such as security, workflows, approvals, etc.). Any insight/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
