Due to strong customer concerns voiced on this forum and in direct interactions with our customers, we are announcing that we will not be removing Report Builder, Report Manager or the LearnCenter Report from the LearnCenter with the 17B release in July as previously scheduled.  The changes we have made to the legacy reporting functionality in the past year have greatly reduced any performance issues that have arisen in the past.  If it becomes necessary to revisit this decision in the future we will communicate that well ahead (2-3 releases out) of an actual sunset date.
