Reminder messages not sending - Anyone else?
We have copied the User Approval message and put a trigger for it to send 2 days prior to Event Start. These "reminder" messages are not being triggered. This was supposed to be fixed as part of the most current release. It seemed to be resolved for about a week but now the issue is occurring again.
Support is telling me that this is only affecting my Learn Center.
Is anyone else seeing issues with reminder messages not sending?
