So here is the scenario that I have.  Due to the nature of the healthcare industry, we have many no shows for educational programs.  You never know what emergencies or number of patients you will have on any given date.  Because this happens a lot people expect empty seats at the last minute to be available and so we have an equal if not larger number of walk ins to a class. We learned 10 years ago that the maximum number of seats in the enrollment can never be larger than the session.  If your class holds 10 people and
