BI - CASE statement

Wondering how we can use the CASE statement in the WHERE clause. I keep getting error 'Missing Keyword'

and I dont see anything wrong with my CASE statement. It starts with CASE, closing with END and I have WHEN and THEN defined in it.

When I use the CASE statement in the SELECT, no issues
