Hours Paid in a Period in Absence Accrual

Summary

Need hours paid to calculate vacation accrual dynamically

Content

Hi,

Our hourly employees get their vacation accrued at the rate of 0.04 times the number of hours worked in a pay period. Since it is not possible doing this in an accrual matrix, we tried fast formula. We are having difficulty getting the hours worked or paid into absence global formula - because of the non-availability of DBIs. Did any one of you had a similar situation and if so, how did you resolve this?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Claire
