Learning Plans and Enrollments - making it easy for employees

Just wondering, has anyone found an awesome way to use Learning Plans for their population??

We have 99 courses that will be part of several learning plans and we want to enroll the employees in all the courses in each learning plan all at once. In other words, we want to map users to the learning plan and not have to make them enroll in individual courses and not have to enroll them in the courses ourselves - is anyone doing a work around that makes this work??
