OTBI report to pull out Position/Department Historical data with effective dates.

Hello All,

I have a requirement to pull out all the data related to Position/Department from the day of creation. I have tried to pull out the data using the subject area "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time". Using this subject area I am able to pull out the rest of  historical data but not the effective dates. Effective date is only picking up the latest effective date for all the record available in the system. It is not able to pull the actual historical dates for the position.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
