Hire Date Discrepancy between PeopleSoft and Fusion while migrating Data

Hi All,

We are implementing Fusion for Talent Management but the core HR is still retained in PeopleSoft. We used the delivered PS-Fusion extraction program to extract the data. The scenario which we are facing after loading the data to Fusion is that the Hire Date of almost all associates are different in the two systems, on analyzing we realized that all the transfer rows in the PS are imported as Termination & Rehire in Fusion and hence Hire date is coming as the recent transfer rate. Did someone faced this scenario, appreciate your help.
