Unable to pick latest salary details for a person using subject area "Compensation - Salary History

Hello All,

I am having a trouble in pulling out the latest salary details for a person using "Compensation - Salary History Details Real Time" Subject area.

I can use the subject area "Compensation - Salary Details Real Time" but then not all the employees are showing up in the report due to which I have to use the other one.

I am attaching the logical SQL to pull out the latest data, but its not working for me. I am not able to find what's wrong with this code.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
