Greetings all,
our organization is prioritizing improving our candidate experience. Although we have already undergone several updates to our Career Portals, I wanted to see what others were doing to create a better candidate experience. Here's a few things we've done already:
- Implemented a Mobile Apply process (Mobile Career Portal)
- Faceted Search
- LinkedIn Integration
Here are a few items we are considering for our Candidate Experience Careers Optimization:
- reduce number of field from 1st pass (possibly move to 2nd pass)
- Indeed Integration
- update branding file
Was there anything else we should consider? What fields did you keep for the 1st pass? As we are in the Aerospace Industry, we are required to include information for our applicants. If we did not have these requirements, we would definitely have less fields! Ultimately, we want to improve the look and feel so that our customers have a great Candidate Experience.
