Any Articulate 360 users out there?

Summary

Courses from a vendor using Articulate 360 complete too soon on new attempts

Content

Hello, everyone!

We're having issues with some courses we just purchased from a vendor that recently upgraded to Articulate 360. The courses are SCORMHTML5, and they work well the first time you go through them. However, on subsequent attempts, the LearnCenter automatically registers a completion with the previous attempt's score, even if you don't go anywhere near the quiz or fail it.

We have multiple attempts enabled in our LearnCenter, and we have it set to recognize fails as incomplete. We have never seen this problem before with other courses, including a test course from this vendor from last year, before they upgraded to Articulate 360. The vendor seems to be stumped by this, and we're trying to figure out what to tell them to point them in the right direction. One thing I noticed in LMS Tracking is that the courses not from Articulate 360 call the LMS much more often.

Howdy, Stranger!
