Loading balances for Front-loaded plans
Summary
How to load balances for front-loaded plansContent
Hi,
We have a couple of front-loaded plans get 50 hours and 24 hours respectively at the beginning of the fiscal year. While loading the balances from legacy system and running the accrual process, we noticed that the accrual process added the hours to the loaded balance.
Example: Employee ABC has 10 hours in the legacy system for Plan Personal Leave as of March 17th.. Accrual is 24 hours on May 1st (fiscal year). In the test environment, 10 hours are loaded as of Mar 17th. Accrual process is run as of Mar 17th. The final balance is showing as 10 + 24 = 34 hours.
