Error after upgrade 17A

Alot of users are getting an error and have to clear their cache

I have received a lot of emails today about my users clicking on things and getting the error "Security Alert: You are not authorized to view the content on the requested page. Please contact your administrator or manager for assistance. "

 

They clear their cache and it goes away. I know there was changes to a lot of widgets, but this is very frustrating. Are others getting this?
