There were at least 2 threads yesterday regarding issues accessing Widgets, notably this one and this one.

Our teams continued to investigate the issue and noticed that only those clients using Akamai were experiencing the issue. The cause appears to have been that updated files were not being cached by the Akamai server and therefore while it appeared that clearing the browser cache would work for a moment or so, the issue could have returned.  The decision was made to purge the Akamai cache. After doing that, we were no longer able to see the issue occurring.
