Spreadsheet Loader for Positions?

Wondering if the Spreadsheet Loader is available for Manage Positions? We frequently have small batches of positions that need to be created and loaded into our instance. We have found that spreadsheet loader is immensely helpful for quickly loading jobs, departments, but that feature doesn't seem to be available for Manage Positions? Is this true? What is the best work around for quickly loading small batches of positions? If spreadsheet loader is not available for manage positions, what is the reason behind not providing this function?
