To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

Hi everyone,
You know I really dont mind giving back to a community that I have been chatting with for years? I actually feel like many of us should contribute in this space to a very active and loyal community of administrators and users of Learn. Just over the last month or so, it has been a little weird that external implementation consultants outside of OCS are running around in the Customer Connect soliciting and scrounging around for tips. And then sometimes asking the same question again and again.
