Reporting on learning plan data after unmapped

I am having issues getting a report to show me learning plan completion data after a user has been un mapped from the learning plan

Hello Everyone,

I have come across an interesting issue. My team has begun to leverage functionality that allows users to move in and out of learning plans based on criteria. The issue is I need to be able to report the following information

Username - (Other user data) - Learning plan name - Assign Date - Completion date - Due date

I cannot seem to find a way to connect user data group to any data set with learning plan name in it that also shows me data. It seems the way I have been linking makes a check against if the user is assigned somehow to the learning plan currently. When it sees they are not it does not return any information.
