How to find if the employees have taken mandatory courses

hi,

I am looking for a report that will identify all the employees who have not taken a mandatory course in the last 2yrs. tried creating a Custom BI report but looks like I will have to ask the persons running the report to input dates, but that defeats the purpose. Since we wanted to schedule this report so that it runs the 1st of every month. any ideas
