Hiding Managers Embedded Reports in Completed Performance Document

After the February patch, Managers Embedded reports appearing in the Employees Completed Performance Reviews.  These reports can contain sensitive data about other Employees performance data which this Manager has access to.   Previously the page did not show these reports in the Managers section, only the Summary Messages.  

It is not possible to personalize the reports from the page, it has been recommended to remove the whole of the Manager region which included the 'Summary Messages' which SHOULD be visible to the Employee.  Has anyone else experienced this since the last patch?  

We have an SR/Bug raised and had multiple OWC's, the answer is that a bug fix was included which corrected the issue to display the rich-text format of the questionnaire introduction, and therefore it renders the rich-text formatting of the questionnaire introduction, that includes the iframe.
