Summary

Is it possible to edit the predefined Security Questions for users to select when setting their password at initial login.

Content

Hello,

We have an on-going issue where users are being asked to set up security questions relating to scenarios that may have never had relevance to them. For example if the user has to give an answer to ‘the name of their first pet’, even if they have never had a pet.

Is there an opportunity to influence the design of these questions in the background, user tables etc?. We have had feedback from the business where people have forgotten the answers to their security questions and have ended up calling the operation anyway.
