How to pull APR document through SQL?

We have a business requirement to pull Annual Performance Document of all employee. Oracle says there is an ER with Oracle and it is not possible in R11.

However I tried to pull it through SQL query but I am not getting table name where Worker Comments and Manager Comments is stored.

Please anyone help me finding the table name where these data is stored.
