Line Manager needs ability to know if their direct report has used web clock (or) recorded time directly in the time card

Hi,
The client requires their workers to record their regular hours using web clock and any other entries such as overtime, duty, travel, etc using time interface. As the worker will have access to both web clock and time interface, the manager needs to know if the worker has used web clock (or) directly recorded their time in the timecard. I am guessing, perhaps there would be a "Source" information on the fusion tables to indicate how each entry has made its way to the timecard, however wondered is there a way for the manager to know the source of each
