How do I add subtotal breaks into BI Publisher report?

In an Analysis created with subject areas it's easy to add subtotals by going into the view under Columns and Measures I can click on the sum icon for a column and select After if I want to see subtotals displayed on the report output.  How do I recreate the same thing in a BI Publisher created report?
