Content Manager Issue - Thumbnail Not Updating on Page

Our Content Manager previously included two files, which we displayed on a new page. “Test Document” and “Test Document 2”. Replaced “Test Document” with a new version, orange color scheme. The document thumbnail updated in the control panel area, but not on the page. The thumbnail disappeared on the page. However, I can still select the area where the thumbnail is expected and the correct document will open. See PDF for images. I will also open a SR too.
