When creating assignments in my root LC I have the ability to link the following collaboration tools to an assignment. However, in one of our sublearns, I am only seeing two options. I believe it is a permission issue, because the problem is only happening with a test user. Does anyone know the permission to update? I have manage forums and manage gradebook checked already. Probably something simple I am overlooking, but I'm not seeing it.
