Learning Plans not completing even though courses are complete

Summary

Courses are complete, but the Learning Plan is not marking as complete

Content

Anyone else seeing Learning Plans not completing although all the mapped items are complete?  I started seeing this Friday and logged a SR (but haven't heard anything from them yet).
