For No Shows, do you Cancel Work Relationship or Terminate WR on same day? How can HCM extract pick

Hello,
For No Shows, we were wondering what others do. We Cancel Work Relationship here but can we Terminate WR on same day so we can track them? Once we Cancel WR, is there a way we can pull these records on HCM Extracts (as they are not searchable) ?
The reason behind this is we have HCM to EBS custom integration and once we cancel any WR in HCM, the custom HCM extract does not pick up the change and the record still exists in EBS. We do not know until HR-Ops informs us and have to manually delete such records in EBS. We would like to automate this process if possible. At least, some way to identify when WR is cancelled on the extract.
