Resignation action and approval

Summary

Employee submits resignation , other action done to employee record - manager approves after that resignation- goes to error

Hi,

We face a problem in fusion regarding the resignation action.

The problem in brief is the following:

Employee submits his or her resignation and the resignation goes to manager for approval.

After submitting the resignation request for approval  another action /change is done to that employee record, either done by a user or coming via interface - in these kind of cases when the manager then later tries to approve the resignation request - it goes to error .

And the reason is that the system does not anymore understand the resignation as there is more recent change in employee record.
