How to update Seniority Date using Spreadsheet Loader?

Hi - I need to update the Enterprise Seniority Date and some Flexfield Information using File Based Loader.

In regards to Enterprise Seniority Date, I went to Navigator > Data Exchange > Initiate Spreadsheet Load and did not see an option to correct the Enterprise Seniority Date in 'Update Person' and 'Update Assignment'.  I did see the option under 'Create Work Relationship and Assignment'.

 

Now based on what I saw in the documentation below linked below, it stated that:

When updating worker and assignment objects, you can both correct and update records.

•To correct a record, you specify the same effective start date as was used to create the record.
