How do you get hold of package body if you are a Cloud Customer?

Hi,

We are a Release 12 customer and in order to debug a particular issue, we need access to a package body. We were able to get hold of the Package Specification and gather basic details, but need access to Package body. 

In particular, need the code/package body behind ANC_COMMON_UTILS and PER_ACCRUAL_FF_FUNCTIONS packages.

I raised a service request with Oracle but no help.
