BIP Report Output To Content Server

Need to burst BIP Report Output to Content Server

As per the oracle doc, I need to add a content server by navigating to Administrator--> Manage BIP --> Delivery channels-->content server.

Under that.it asks me to give below fields

1) URI
2) Username
3) Password.

If anyone has idea Please let me know from where i will get above details to fill.
