Summary

From the Security Console I cannot find the Service administrator for OSN role to assign to users

This is a fresh install of a new R12 environment.

The role in R11 OIM was: Service administrator for OSN

I also cannot see Basic, Participant and Outside.

Any help on what the role might be called now if its changed or where these roles have been merged.

I cannot access the Administration UI in Cloud with the standard Application Administrator or Implementation Consultant Role.
