Skills reporting and the recurrence date

Is it possible to report on the recurrence date for skills? I looked at the skills summary and progress reports as well as the data views and don't see that that is an option. Why is the field not reportable? It looks like most every other part of skills can be reported on so maybe I'm missing something?
