Course plays on one learncenter but just spins in a sub learncenter.
Summary
Course plays on one learncenter but just spins in a sub learncenter. How do we fix this problem when the course files are fine?Content
We have a scorm course that didnt work (built in Captivate). We fixed the course. Renamed the original source folder on the ftp site and then created a new folder on the ftp site with the exact name as the original. Uploaded updated files to new folder. All files names are the same as the original.
Now the course on the root learncenter just spins and spins. So we created a new scorm course on our test sub learncenter and it plays fine. If the html code is the same, why wont it play on the root learncenter.
