Viewing and Modifying Scheduled Processes

We have several scheduled processes that were submitted by a former employee that we would like to see the details of (i.e. process, parameters, etc.).  When we look at the scheduled job in Scheduled Process we cannot see any information about the job.  Nowhere is the process name listed not the parameters.  In the scheduled process all that displays is the name of "HCM Flow Secured" and the parameters section does not show any.

Is there anywhere we can find this information?
