Hi Everyone -

We're having some issues with certain users taking a SCORM course.  They complete the course, answer all questions within the course correctly, yet receive no score for the course (when they should be receiving a score of 100%).  Other individuals, however, have taken the same course with no issue and receive a corresponding score after completing the course.  We've asked the individual to take the course on a variety of devices and browsers (e.g. IE, Chrome) but continuing to experience the same issue.  Has any one else experienced this issue and have some insight on what may be causing it
