Using Global Absence Accrual Event Formulae with Front Loaded Plans

Hi all

We have a requirement to calculate changes to Accrual balances for Front Loaded plans based on changes to a variety of fields, for example Assignment Status (employees accrue 0 holiday on certain statuses) and Grade. The approach I am exploring is to have separate Accrual Band rows for each combination of Length of Service (the main entitlement criteria), Grade and Assignment Status. My understanding of the Global Absence Accrual Event formula type is that it allows us to process mid-year changes to Accrual Bands, e.g. to determine that from 1 Jan 2017 to 1 30 June 2017 the employee was
