Deleting Pages in LearnCenter

cannot delete unwanted pages in LearnCenter.

Hi All,

I am trying to delete unused / unwanted pages from the learncenter. But although I have deleted all the regions in the page it still shows me the control panel icon on the page. how do I remove this. Please see the attachment, I have shaded the icons I want to be removed. any help will be greatly appreciated.
